Explore the beautiful Chapman Valley region & sample a range of delicious bites and beers.

Your journey will start at 'The Helm' located on the Foreshore (next to Dome Cafe) travelling by bus your guided tour will begin. 
*Please arrive 5-10mins early to ensure the tour can start at 12.30pm sharp

First stop is at Burnt Barrel, who specialise in slow and low smoked Kansas-City Style BBQ and brew their own beers on site. You will see behind the scenes in the smoking shed and graze on a meat platter and sample their beers.

Chapman Valley Fishing Park is next on your visit, tour the fingerling shed to view silver perch, marron, yabbies and many more. It's then onto the Hothouse tour to view all the different herbs & vegies and how the hydroponics works, followed by sampling yabbies, jams and relishes.

To conclude, we head to Baston Grove Olive Farm to watch as the freshly picked olives are processed into first press extra virgin olive oil, this happens only once a year!! Sample the freshly pressed oil and the table olives. 

Guests will return to the Helm for the opening ceremony of the Shore Leave Festival & live entertainment, included is a complimentary beverage and dinner ticket to enjoy while you are there.
