Hillie and Ina are back with another Dutch delight that is more than a mouthful to say the least. You will discover Hollands best kept secret… its food!!

Our cuisine is not well known but none the less very exciting. Flavour and history combining to guarantee a truly unique experience.

We will be cooking two dishes at our class -
Huzarensalade : A famous potato salad dish that not only tastes delicious but looks fantastic. This takes potato salad to the next level; you will be amazed.

Gevulde Speculaas : A Traditional Dutch cake (pictured above) with layers of spice and an almond filling. Perfect as a desert or tasty treat with a cup of coffee.
