2023 GLOW Multicultural Cooking Class - Singaporean

Rebecca will be showing the class how to make Singaporean Char kway Teow.

This dish is made of a mix of flat rice noodles and yellow wheat noodles, stir-fried over high heat with light and dark soy sauce and other ingredients added to build the flavour base.
