The HM Awards for Hotel and Accommodation Excellence presented by Sealy Posturepedic return for the 21st annual event on Friday 24 November 2023 at The Star Event Centre Sydney.

The HM Awards are the leading industry awards in the region which celebrate the best properties, departments, people, chains, and brands in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. Almost 50 awards will be handed out recognising excellence over a range of categories.

Thank you to all those who were nominated in the 2023 HM Awards. Finalists will be notified by October 2023 and released prior to the event. All category winners will be announced at the HM Awards Gala Dinner on Friday 24 November.

Refund policy

Refund requests must be received in writing to events@intermedia.com.au and eligibility for a refund will be based on the following criteria: • Requests received 20 business days prior to the event are entitled to a full refund. • Requests received over 10 business days prior to the event are entitled to a 50% refund. • Requests received less than 10 business days prior to an event shall not be entitled to a refund, however, a substitute attendee may be accepted at our discretion in any of the above instances.
