2023 Maribyrnong Girls Can - Women's Only Taekwondo

This Girl Can – Victoria celebrates and supports Victorian women (yep, you!) to embrace physical activity in a way that suits you. Whether it’s a little or a lot, what matters is getting some movement into your day.

Maribyrnong Girls Can is providing free and fun physical activity and wellbeing programs around the City of Maribyrnong.

Program Description:

100% women's only class. This session is designed for women 12yr+ to come and learn martial arts in a female only environment.

Suitable for: Women aged 12 years and older.  

Maribyrnong Girls Can is an inclusive program and welcomes all who identify as women, from all cultural backgrounds and abilities.

What to bring: Bring a water bottle. 

Where to meet: Go inside Jeongsin Taekwondo - 5 Commercial St, Maidstone. 

Cancellation policy - Inclement weather

• In the case of inclement weather and a program needing to be cancelled, you will be notified via email with at least 2 hours warning prior to the commencement of your program.

• If you do not receive a cancellation email, it means the program is still being delivered.

Additional Information:

Please notify the facilitator at the start of the session if you have any injuries or restrictions to movement so that these can be accommodated.
