2023 MARIST COLLEGE ASHGROVE GRADUATION DINNER

Year 12 Students and their parents or guardians are invited to celebrate the graduating Marist College Ashgrove Class of 2023 at the annual Graduation Dinner.

Tickets $130.00 per person

Ticketing

Tickets for this event are $130.00 per person. All attendees, including graduating students must purchase a ticket. Price includes your meal and non-alcoholic beverages. Please purchase your tickets by 5:00pm Friday, 3 November.

Timings

5:30pm-6:30pm – Photograph stations will open in the Plaza Ballroom Concourse for family photos
6:00pm – Doors open to the Plaza Ballroom
6:30pm – Event commences in the Plaza Ballroom

Seating

Families will combine with two other families to form table groups of nine people. Please nominate the families (graduating students’ names) you wish to be seated with when prompted during the ticket purchasing process. Attendees are limited to graduating students and their parents or guardians. Please contact Ellen Kassulke at events@marash.qld.edu.au with any seating enquiries.

Photography

Professional photographers will be taking family photographs in the foyer prior to the event between 5:30pm-6:30pm. Photos will be available to purchase after the event.

BEFORE THE NIGHT
Registering your email address with us is the MOST important thing you need to do. Please make sure your student on the night has the QR code – either screenshot or send the email through. All photo information is sent to you via email – including how to access your event’s private online viewing gallery. Please note that registering your email does not mean you are required to purchase photos – photo purchase remains optional.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR PHOTOS

Click HERE to register on our gallery website. Please be sure to use a Google Chrome browser.
Enter your details – (make sure you choose a strong password otherwise it will not allow you to register)
Choose your event from the list provided – G2370 Marist College Ashgrove Graduation 2023
Follow the instructions and complete the form then click “submit”.
Make sure you receive a CONFIRMATION email afterwards (check junk folders)
Present the email with the “QR code” to the photographer at the time of your photos

ALREADY REGISTERED?

Login (Elite GalleryPro login) to your account using the email and password you originally used to create your account.
Click the first drop down (under “Change your registered event”) and choose this event from the list – G2370 Marist College Ashgrove Graduation 2023
Click the “UPDATE SELECTED EVENT” button and you are done.
Your QR code will remain the same as when your first registered. You can find this in your emails or use the one shown in “My Account”.

The QR Code remains the same for your account.

AFTER THE NIGHT
Online access to your photos will be emailed to you once the images are ready to view – approximately 2 working days after your event.

The copyright on photographs/images remains with Elite Photographics. It is illegal to reproduce or adapt the images by any means. This excludes the personal reproduction of downloadable images.
Still Images will be displayed on our website for viewing with a secure password. Elite Photographics accepts no responsibility for misuse of our images on the Internet (i.e. be careful with your password).
Elite Photographics may use your image for promotional purposes and samples. Images may be used for publicity and/or merchandising and/or editorial purposes, including the Internet. They may be used as reproductions or adaptations in part, alone or in conjunction with any wording and/or drawings. You waive any right for any monetary remuneration now, and in the future

Alcohol

As this is a College function, students will not be permitted to consume alcohol on the evening, regardless of their age. A cash bar will be available should guests over the age of 18 who are not students of the College wish to purchase alcoholic drinks.

Students: Full winter uniform, including long pants and blazer
Guests: Cocktail
