An exciting new 8-week Transformation Challenge program with weekly education and coaching on how to overcome common roadblocks PLUS strategies to help you increase your consistency with exercise and healthy eating.
For the first time, we're partnering with 'The Method' to provide challenge participants with nutrition education and one-on-one nutrition support and guidance completely tailored to YOUR lifestyle, preferences and abilities.
We'll help you set meaningful and measurable goals, develop a successful plan, and keep you accountable to your health and food choices.

INFORMATION SESSION & INTRODUCTION TO 'THE METHOD' NUTRITION COACHING
Mon 30 Jan at 7.15pm at Orangetheory Fitness (202 Belair Rd, Hawthorn)
We'll kick things off with a complete overview of the challenge program with Head Coach Mike Nelles plus an introduction to The Method's nutrition coaching and how they'll help challenge participants throughout the 8-weeks and beyond.
Here you'll have the opportunity to take notes and ask as many questions as you like.
