如何面對物業管理權的各種挑戰
PRET Australia is proud to present the 2023 PRET Australia MR Forum for all our graduates who are in the Management Rights Industry. This forum is intended for current onsite managers and operators. 澳洲專業地產培訓機構的2023 物業管理權經理論壇是為我們的畢業生所舉辦的專屬活動，適合目前已是小區經理的畢業生參加。
We will discuss the challenges facing our industry including proposed changes to caretaking agreement terms, top up, competing for lettings with external agents, dealing with difficult body corporate committees and managers. We have invited leading industry experts to speak at different sessions, morning sessions will be in English and afternoon sessions will be in Mandarin, all sessions are on different topics. 本論壇將討論我們行業所面臨的各種挑戰，包括縮短年限的修法提案、增加補回年限、外面仲介搶出租生意、與業委會委員及經理打交道等等。我們邀請了業界權威專家來主講，上午的場次將會是英文，下午的場次會是中文，內容都不重複。
The event is FREE for PRET Australia Graduates and Paid Members for ARAMA or APMA. If you are not on the membership lists, you will be invoiced $55 per half day or $110 for the full day. Morning tea & Afternoon tea is provided. Lunch is not included but there is lunch available next door at the Club (please bring photo ID to gain access). 只要您是 PRET Australia的畢業生或者是 ARAMA 或 APMA的付費會員，就可以免費報名參加。如果您不在這些名單上，我們將會收取半天 $55或全天 $110的參加費。我們有提供上下午茶，但不包含午餐。隔壁的俱樂部餐廳可以購買午餐，但需要有證明年齡的ID才可進入。
