Qigong is an ancient tool for working with body, mind & spirit. As a somatic practice, it strongly anchors us into body awareness, bringing us into connection to the wholistic nature of self. From this place of embodied connection we can use Qigong as a tool to work with all levels of our wellbeing- to bring deeper awareness, to support growth & to inspire the change your spirit is calling for.
Qigong is a powerful practice for connection, awareness & growth - mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually. One of the most beneficial aspects of a Qigong practice is the capacity for self-empowered change.
On a fundamental level Qigong supports health and wellbeing by cultivating internal energy balance. A deeper benefit of this practice is to enhance your capacity to rest into authentic presence with whatever is showing up within you, to become more intimate to the expression of life flowing through you, & to learn to work with that energy for greater aliveness.
Half day immersions offer an ideal format for deepening into empowered self-connection & supporting growth.
There are 3 opportunities to participate: September 24 / October 29 / December 3
Each class will offer a combination of mindful movement with Qigong forms, guided meditations, plus enrich your practice via theoretical understandings of how these forms work to benefit you.
- Foundational & form-based learning will be included in each class
- A variety of teachings are offered across each of the 3 classes
- Learn take home practices & specific forms to continue to support ongoing wellbeing
- Explore using spontaneous natural body movements to enhance physical and emotional wellbeing
- Access deeper healing states through specific resourcing practices

Internationally Certified Qigong Instructor & Integrative Coach... Rosa is a Taoist Medical Qigong Instructor trained in White Tiger Qigong & an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. With 54 years of body wisdom, including Qigong Therapies, Remedial Massage, & Chinese Food Medicine the practices offered will support you to find optimal health & happiness. Rosa is a passionate teacher with an holistic integrative & open minded approach.
