MushBarn fruited from a community awestruck by the power and generosity of fungi. We aim to inspire healthy relationships between ourselves and nature’s networks to learn how to best support a resilient and fertile biosphere. We do this by growing mushrooms with regenerative practices, learning and sharing mycological theory and building community.

Directions:

From Nevada City

Merge onto CA-20 West toward Grass Valley. 4.5 miles later take the exit onto CA-20 West Towards Marysville, then turn right onto CA-20 Toward Marysville, North Star Mine. In 300 feet take a slight right turn onto Mill St toward the Fairgrounds. 0.2 miles later turn right onto Mill Street. 500 feet later turn right onto McCourtney Road. 2.1 miles later, turn left onto Thoroughbred Loop. 700 feet later the destination is on your left.

From Grass Valley

Merge onto CA-49 South toward CA-20 West. In 0.3 miles, take the exit onto CA-20 West toward Marysville, North Star Mine Powerhouse. 300 feet later, take a slight right turn onto Mill St toward the fairgrounds. In 0.2 miles, turn right onto Mill St, then turn right onto McCourtney Road. 2.1 miles later, turn left onto Thoroughbred Loop. In 100 feet, the destination is on your left.

To bring sunscreen and a water bottle. We will also have some water available on site.
