Event description

We are excited to announce the upcoming July 26 Silicon Alley Tennis Invitational, following the success of our fun and inspiring May 8 Silicon Alley Sports event.

This sure-to-be-sold-out event has 36 spots available, and we would love to have you join us. As in previous years, we will be playing on the beautiful har-tru courts of the Ardsley Country Club, under the leadership of tennis pro John Cassas and his incredible staff.

The tennis will start at 4 pm EST and run until approximately 6:30-7 pm, when we will have a BBQ dinner and drinks overlooking the courts. This event is geared towards tennis enthusiasts and promises to be a lot of fun.

Please note that we request all participants to have at least a USTA NTRP 3.5 rating, meaning that you can serve, keep rallies going, and ideally, have played doubles before. By abiding by this minimum player ability, everyone can have a great time, including some of the former college players who will be joining us.

Similar to previous years, we will assign double partners at the event. This year, we may have a slightly different format, which follows the successful format we used during the pickleball tournament - switching double partners after each match. This allows for even greater networking and playability. Kudos to Lee Nadler for raising this idea to us in the offseason.

Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to event (June 26 is cut-off).
