2023 Spring into Summer Series - All Abilities Class

Program Description:

All Abilities is a disability inclusive class where participants can improve their fitness with a range of different movements and exercises including boxing, HIIT, cycle and strength.

Please note there is no session on Tuesday 7th November - Melbourne Cup Public Holiday. 

Suitable for: The All Abilities Class is a disability inclusive class

Event dates: 

Session 1: Tuesday 31 October
NO SESSION FOR MELBOURNE CUP PUBLIC HOLIDAY
Session 2: Tuesday 14 November
Session 3: Tuesday 21 November
Session 4: Tuesday 28 November

What to bring: Water bottle and sweat towel

Where to meet: Reception at Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre 

If you are no longer able to attend your Spring into Summer Series program:

Please cancel your registration through Humanitix. If you fail to cancel your registration or if you don’t inform Council you are unable to attend the first session, your place in the program will be given to someone on the waitlist after the first session.

To cancel your ticket:

1. Go to your Humanitix confirmation email 
2. Select Update Order
3. Click on the Refunds tab
4. Tick the box next to the participant's name that you would like to cancel
5. Select Refund

Cancellation policy - Inclement weather

• In the case of inclement weather and a program needing to be cancelled, you will be notified via email with at least 2 hours warning prior to the commencement of your program.

• If you do not receive a cancellation email, it means the program is still being delivered.

Additional Information:

Please notify the facilitator at the start of the session if you have any injuries or restrictions to movement so that these can be accommodated.
