    Event description

    Program Description:

You may have heard about Kangatraining- it's a unique postnatal training program, kind of like low-impact Zumba but for Mums with babies! The babies are worn in baby carriers so they are snuggling while Mum gets a workout.

It's great physically, but Kangatraining is doing wonders for maternal mental health.

The exercise and connection with other Mums through Kangatraining has made a huge difference in the lives of lots of new Mums, and the program is now a national finalist for the AusActive Mental Health Awareness Award.

Research shows at least one in five women, experience anxiety, depression, or both during pregnancy and/or postpartum.

Kangatraining is low Impact, Pelvic Floor Friendly. And great fun!!!

And KangaMix means we get to do it all in the great outdoors, mixing up our regular class with its dance and strength tracks, to strength and walking tracks.

We Can’t wait to Kanga with you.
