2023 Spring into Summer Series - Mums and Bubs Yoga

Program Description:

Post-natal Yoga ( baby Om) is a great way for mum and baby to connect with one another. For the mother to connect with her changed body, and restore her overall well-being through a conscious practice of yoga postures, rest and meditation. The practice is specifically focused on creating post-natal strength and stamina and to restore the health and strength of the pelvic floor.

The baby will benefit from the continual presence of their mum in a fun and interactive way as well as having a guided massage.

Post-natal yoga is also a great place to meet other mums and to create a support group for mum and baby.

Suitable for: Parents with young bubs

Event dates: 

Session 1: Friday 3 November
Session 2: Friday 10 November
Session 3: Friday 17 November
Session 4: Friday 24 November
Session 5: Friday 1 December

What to bring:  Yoga mat, cushion or folder towel to sit on. A blanket for your baby to lie on.

Where to meet: Coulson Gardens. Meet at the carpark.

If you are no longer able to attend your Spring into Summer Series program:
Please cancel your registration through Humanitix. If you fail to cancel your registration or if you don’t inform Council you are unable to attend the first session, your place in the program will be given to someone on the waitlist after the first session.

To cancel your ticket:

1. Go to your Humanitix confirmation email 
2. Select Update Order
3. Click on the Refunds tab
4. Tick the box next to the participant's name that you would like to cancel
5. Select Refund

Cancellation policy - Inclement weather

• In the case of inclement weather and a program needing to be cancelled, you will be notified via email with at least 2 hours warning prior to the commencement of your program.

• If you do not receive a cancellation email, it means the program is still being delivered.

Additional Information:

Please notify the facilitator at the start of the session if you have any injuries or restrictions to movement so that these can be accommodated.
