2023 Spring into Summer Series - Tai Chi

Program Description:

Mindful Seated Tai Chi & Qigong - a fusion of Chi moves done mindfully & sitting. This allows us to listen to our body, to do what feels natural & and move to one’s comfort zone. The goal is finish with more vitality and feeling: gently stretched, strengthened, balanced and calm.

There will be fun Zumba tai chi/qigong segment too so not a traditional class but will have Tai Chi or Qigong principles to gain additional benefits.

Suitable for: 18+

Session 1: Thursday 2 November
Session 2: Thursday 9 November
Session 3: Thursday 16 November
Session 4: Thursday 23 November
Session 5: Thursday 30 November

What to bring:  Water Bottle and sweat towel 

Where to meet: Reception at Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre

If you are no longer able to attend your Spring into Summer Series program:
Please cancel your registration through Humanitix. If you fail to cancel your registration or if you don’t inform Council you are unable to attend the first session, your place in the program will be given to someone on the waitlist after the first session.

To cancel your ticket:

1. Go to your Humanitix confirmation email 
2. Select Update Order
3. Click on the Refunds tab
4. Tick the box next to the participant's name that you would like to cancel
5. Select Refund

Cancellation policy - Inclement weather

• In the case of inclement weather and a program needing to be cancelled, you will be notified via email with at least 2 hours warning prior to the commencement of your program.

• If you do not receive a cancellation email, it means the program is still being delivered.

Additional Information:

Please notify the facilitator at the start of the session if you have any injuries or restrictions to movement so that these can be accommodated.
