2023 STUFFit Student Film Festival Screening

STUFFit is back and better than ever for 2023! With a new venue, a new group of category sponsors, and over 100 films entered this year, we can’t wait for you to show your support for this generation of young, aspiring filmmakers. *

If you didn’t already know, STUFFit is an international film festival run by students, for students. The STUFFit Student Film Festival has been running since 2011, and in that time we’ve grown from being a small national film festival to becoming the largest and only film festival in the world that is student-run and showcases innovative work of high school filmmakers and content creators exclusively. To date, we’ve accepted over 1600 films from students across over 20 countries. 

FYI: As a social enterprise, STUFFit will put 50% of profits back into our mission - providing access to quality education for young people - so by booking a ticket, you can have peace of mind knowing that you’ve made a contribution to the education of the next generation. 

*We’re experimenting and improving the way STUFFit is run this year, which means all shortlisted films will be live-streamed throughout the day, with the awards ceremony and winners/runner-ups being screened from 2pm in the Black Box Theatre. Doors for the Black Box Theatre will be open from 2pm, allowing you to come finish watching the shortlisted films, and go straight into the awards screening and presentations.
