The Self Esteem Program is a four-session program that aims to help individuals improve their self-confidence and self-worth. Facilitated by the renowned Dr Iona Abrahamson, this program is designed to help participants understand the root causes of their low self-esteem and provide them with practical tools to develop a healthier self-image. The program runs every Friday from the 5th to the 26th of May, from 9.30am to 12pm each day.
During the program, participants will engage in interactive activities and discussions that will help them explore their beliefs about themselves and the world around them. They will learn how to identify negative self-talk and how to challenge and replace these thoughts with positive affirmations. Dr Abrahamson will also provide guidance on how to set realistic goals and develop healthy habits that will promote self-care and self-love.
