2023 Variety Kids Xmas Party

The most exciting event of the year is just around the corner thanks to the support of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre! 

The Variety Kids Xmas Party is an annual event where Victorian kids experiencing disadvantage or living with illness or disability come together to have fun in an inclusive and welcoming environment. 

There are carnival rides, attractions, clowns, costumes, live entertainment, food, games and sports.  To top it off every child receives a gift! This event is FREE for all our families and organisations who attend. Hosting up to 5,000 kids each year, babies through to grade 6, it's no small celebration! 

We know the hustle and bustle isn't everyone's cup of tea, so we have a number of quiet spaces if kids need a break from the excitement.

For school groups arriving by bus who order before 17th November, wristbands, lunch tokens and no photo stickers will be sent out pre-event.  Orders received after this date, will receive their packs on arrival at the venue.

You will need the names of all attendees as well as the ages of the children attending to register.

Please note, registrations are STRICTLY invitation only.  All registrations will be checked against invitation lists before tickets will be issued. If you have not been invited to register directly by Variety and wish to attend, please contact our Kids Support team at kidssupport@varietyvic.org.au.

Food

Food and drink is supplied at the Variety Kids Xmas Party but we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements. You are welcome to bring your own food and snacks on the day.

There are multiple options for carparking in the area, Please check rates as many charge by the hour.
