2023 Variety Xmas Party Newcastle - Volunteer Registration

Variety – the Children's Charity NSW/ACT is calling out to you, our wonderful community of volunteers, to help us spread joy and creating magical memories for Newcastle kids and their families this festive season. We invite you to be a part of our Variety Kids Xmas Party at McDonald Jones Stadium on December 7th, 2023, and help us make it a day to remember!

As a volunteer, you'll have the chance to:

- Spread holiday cheer and create lasting memories for kids and their families.

- Work alongside our passionate team at Variety and help make a difference.

- Be a part of an inclusive and heart-warming event that celebrates the spirit of giving.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Gift Bump-In Volunteer:

Date: Wednesday 6 December 2023

Time: 10am-2pm

Volunteer Opportunity: Be a part of the behind-the-scenes magic as we prepare for the big day - we need all hands on deck to help unbox and gift wrap gifts for kids.

Event Bump-In and Décor Volunteer:

Date: Thursday 7 December 2023

Time: 9am–2pm

Volunteer Opportunity: Heavy lifters & creative stylists, this is for you! Help us unload our decorations and help transform McDonald Jones Stadium into a Christmas wonderland.

Activities Volunteer:

Date: Thursday 7 December 2023

Time: 2pm–8pm

Volunteer Opportunity: Help us facilitate fun and games on the day! With activities like sports, jumping castles, arts and crafts, music, face painting and a petting zoo,  there's something for everyone to get involved in.
