The W Masquerade 2023 Gala Ball
Event description
The W Masquerade Gala Ball is the 2023 WPA fundraising event of the year. The Spring Fair and Gala Ball events traditionally alternate years. These events were cancelled in 2020 and 2021, during the pandemic. This year and going forward, the proceeds from the WPA fundraising efforts are going to help our community. We will make a difference and provide tangible benefits to a broad range of people within our community.
These contributions will be in the form of Service to the Community and Building contributions.
Service to the community contributions would include the provision of student start-up education packs for refugee and emergency student needs.
Building contributions would be providing funds for investment in particular elements of Wenona’s building program supporting the growth of Wenona and to enhance learning opportunities for students.
This year we are purposefully keeping the cost of Gala Ball tickets to a minimum - to ensure as many people as possible from within our community can attend. We are looking to fundraise through the Silent Auction. Your support in raising funds at the Silent Auction is appreciated. It will be a lot of fun to watch.
We would also like to make a special announcement that Mr Michael Usher, an award winning journalist and 7 news presenter will be the MC for the evening.
