RSV members are asked to register to attend the Annual General Meeting for 2025.
A quorum of 50 will be required to pass resolutions.
Proxies
If you cannot attend, please nominate your proxy on this online form provided by the RSV . This will help us to reach our quorum.
Attendance
This meeting will be conducted in person at the RSV's historic premises at 8 La Trobe Street, Melbourne.
This is a closed meeting for fully subscribed RSV members only. Current full members, student members, organisational member representatives and Fellows are all entitled to vote. If your membership subscription has lapsed, please ensure it is renewed before 5pm on Wednesday, 28th May 2025 to be eligible to attend, or for your proxy vote to be valid.
