The subtle art of pairing the best Western Australian gins with local produce from the Midwest region. 

With this being the fourth incarnation of Ginstronomy it is stepping up to have more available to our guests than ever before.

There will be live music from Ian Weggler & James Softly showcasing the best of musicians that come to play at Bobs Boutique Bar every Friday night. 

We will have distillers from not only Geraldton, but from all over Western Australia, who will all be in attendance for our guests to sample and purchase their gins. As well as on hand all night to tell you about their journey and what brought them to make these wonderful spirits.

Food will be available through-out the evening, these dishes will be created by our team of world class chefs, led by Rodi Assas our extremally talented Head Chef who has worked in some of the most luxurious venues in Europe and has fallen in love with the produce available to him on his doorstep. All the food will be paired up with the gins available to our guests that evening.

Making this one of the best and most exclusive events to be hosted in Geraldton.

1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission. 2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased. 3. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser or Please choose carefully as there are no refunds no refunds within 21 days of the event. 5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry. 6. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments. 7. This ticket has been created and managed using the Humanitix site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Humanitix. 8. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, The Gerald Apartment Hotel is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. There will be no refunds. Doors open at 6pm. 11. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry. 12. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises. 13. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. 14. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons. 15. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
