Event description

The Black & White Ball is a wonderful community event that includes Year 10 students and their families. Students learn two dances which they perform on the night. The Black & White Ball is a highlight of the CGS calendar, it is an occasion that truly showcases the values our community holds dear.  It is a pleasure to see the Year 10 students working together to learn the dances and to support each other in each performance.

Tips and Tricks to Book Your Tickets

Is it easy to book?
Absolutely. Once you have selected the tickets you want and the table and seats you want to sit at you have 20 minutes to complete your order.

Why do you need specific ticket info?
Knowing who will be at which table and in what seat helps us manage the dietary requirements of our guests.

Can I pick who sits where on my table?
Yes! Once you select your quantity of tickets, you will be able to both choose your table and who will sit in which seat.

Can I find where friends and family might be sitting?
Once you have selected your tickets, you will then be able to choose your table and seats. In this window, there is a search function that allows you to look up friends, family or colleagues by name. This will show you which table they have booked and allow you to choose any available seats at that table or at nearby ones.

What if I book a table of 10 but I’m not sure who all my guests will be yet?
Adding individual guests and their dietary requirements can be done within a couple of days of confirming your booking. We do require this information to ensure guest dietary requirements. Once booked, you will receive confirmation via email that will have the option to ‘Edit your order’. This will allow you to update your guest’s name’s and their dietary requirements.
