2024 CJ Ham Youth Football Camp presented by Essentia Health - Duluth

Minnesota Vikings Pro Bowl FB C.J. Ham and IFA present the 5th Annual C.J. Ham Youth Football Camp presented by Essentia Health. Open to 400 kids between ages 6-15 (going into grades 1-9 in the '24-'25 school year), CJ Ham’s youth football camp will be hosted at Duluth Denfeld High School on July 7th, 2024.

1st-5th grade camp will be from 10AM-12PM

6th-9th grade camp will be from 1PM-3PM.

The camp will include one-on-one football instruction and will focus on character development, leadership and sportsmanship. Participants will receive hands-on training from C.J. Ham, ETS Duluth, and some of the region’s most experienced players and coaches, while also being taught valuable life skills such as teamwork and dedication.

Additionally, there will be frequent off-the-field conversations about leadership, work ethic, and education, as C.J. stresses the importance of these intangibles in leading to a healthy and successful life. One of C.J.’s main objectives in his initiative to give back is to ensure that each child believes in themselves. 

Please be sure you sign up for a ticket for the correct camp based on ages.

All proceeds from camp will go to the Ham Family Scholarship presented by Essentia Health!

Camp Details

When:

Sunday, July 7th

1st-5th Grade Camp (Age 6-11): 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

5th-9th Grade Camp (Age 10-15): 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Public Schools Stadium at Denfeld High School:

401 N. 44th Ave. West, Duluth, MN 55807

Eligibility:

To be eligible for 1st-5th Grade Camp, you must be entering 1st grade through 5th grade during the 2024-2025 school year.

To be eligible for 6th-9th Grade Camp, you must be entering 6th grade through 9th grade during the 2024-2025 school year.

Participants will be divided into groups based on age and/or skill level.

Availability:

Space for the camp is limited to just 200 participants per camp, so sign up early to confirm your spot.

What Should I Bring to Camp?

Please bring shorts, T-shirt, and either tennis shoes or cleats (cleats preferred), and hard work with a great attitude!

Do I Need Insurance?

All participants must have medical insurance. You must also complete read and to participate in the camp. 

What Will I Get Out of this Camp?

• Camp T-Shirt
• On-the-field instruction by coaches
• Signed C.J. Ham Autograph Card
• Water and light snacks will also be provided

In the event of inclement weather (thunder/lightning), the camp will be cancelled and further information will be provided to participants in a timely manner.
