Event description
As the need for free legal assistance grows, so does the need to have highly trained professionals who can deliver timely and efficient advice.
The Community Legal Centres Queensland State Conference will bring the sector together to develop new skills, increase knowledge and collaborate with others.
This year’s conference is taking place 21 & 22 May at the Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane/Meanjin and will feature a mixture of plenary and break out sessions each day.
The conference program focuses on running a community legal centre, supporting clients and their communities and equipping frontline workers.
Early bird conference registrations are available until 5pm Thursday, 28 March.

What's included in my registration?
Registrations includes morning & afternoon tea, lunch, access to conference sessions and the networking event. The conference is an in-person event, there will be no option for online access.
Are there any scholarships available?
YES! We are offereing scholarships for First Nations, Regional and First Contact Community Legal Centre Queensland staff. Preference will be given to poeple who have not attended a previous conference.
Can I bring extra colleagues to the networking event?
YES! Networking Event Only tickets are available. The networking event will take place on Tuesday 21 May from 4:30pm-6:30pm.
Is there an online option?
No, the 2024 Conference is an in-person event.
