2024 Copper Coast Show Market Stall & Commercial Site bookings

Event description

Each site booking needs to be accompanied by a Trade Membership which provides you entry to the show each day. At check out your site fee will include the $20 membership. Admission tickets will need to be purchased separately for any additional people. Round 1 bookings will close on the 30th March and sites allocated. Round 2 Bookings will be offered for any available sites remaining. Indoor site requests are high so please get your bookings in early.

**please note that this year we are making all camping free if you are staying on your site. Caravans are welcome but will be charged @ $20 a night. 

*Site fees, for 2 days

3x3 site FREE (no car park at site)

6x3 site $50 (outside sites include space for one car)

Commercial Site - small $100 (includes 6x3 front, car & trailer on site, membership)

Commercial Site - Medium $200 (size negotiable, car & trailer, power, 2 memberships)

*power is available at $30 day (one plug)

*one day bookings are available but priority will be given to applicants that can be available both days.

*There are both indoor and outdoor sites available. Nominate your preference when checking out and the show committee will consider this when allocating sites. If you are unhappy with your site allocation a refund is available.

*Strictly no dogs

*Raffles, donation tins, guessing games etc are not permitted.

*Limited equipment is available for hire including chairs @ $5 each and trestles @ $15 each

*You will need to provide your Insureer name and policy number at checkout, and a copy of your Certificate of Currency must be with you on site. If no insurance cover please purchase an Insurance Admin fee ticket in the Add-ons section.

Refund policy

Refunds will be granted for those that don't receive the site location they desire. All other refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
