Event description

The Board of Directors of the Defence Teaming Centre Ltd advise that the DTC's Annual General Meeting will be held at 9am on Thursday, 17 October at the Lecture Theatre in the TechCentral Building at Lot Fourteen, Frome Road, Adelaide. Members are strongly encouraged to attend the AGM either in person or virtually.

The following items will be discussed:

Chair Report
CEO Report
DTC Financial Report
Appointment of auditor for 2024/2025 financial year
New Board of Directors

As a valued member of the Defence Teaming Centre, you are invited to be part of the governance process by attending and casting your online vote for the Board of Directors.

Members who choose to attend the AGM online will be emailed a link the day prior to the AGM.

Voting for Directors

There are 11 nominations for the role of a DTC Board Director, with six positions available on the Board.

Note: Each member company is allowed one vote. If we receive two votes from the same company only the first voting form will be considered. Voting closes at 5.00pm on Friday, 11 October 2024. All votes must be submitted electronically.

Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: Often we photograph or film events. Please inform a member of staff if you do not wish to be included. DTC EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be made in writing to - events@dtc.org.au with the following conditions: 1. Cancellations made five (5) or more full working days before the day of the event will receive a full refund of purchased event fee. 2. Cancellations made less than five (5) full working days before the day of the event will NOT receive a refund. 3. Failure to notify of non-attendance will result in no refund. The Defence Teaming Centre will endeavour to conduct every event it advertises. However we reserve the right to postpone an event to an alternative date or to cancel an event. Postponed - When an event is postponed, attendees will be transferred to the new date. If this makes them unable to attend then a full refund will be made provided Defence Teaming Centre is notified within seven (7) full working days of the announcement of the new date. After that, normal Cancellation Policy will apply. Cancelled - If the event is cancelled a full refund will be made.
