Closer to the date, you will be sent a camp letter which will include all the important details for camp: the camp theme, what to pack, what kind of activities to expect, when exactly to arrive and depart etc.

Refund policy

We understand that things don’t always go to plan; our campers might get sick, or there may be some other unexpected event. Unfortunately, cancellations within 14 days of our camp start date are not able to be refunded. By this stage we will have confirmed numbers with the campsites we have booked, and they will charge us the full amount for food and accommodation for your camper. Cancellation Policy a. Cancellations made more than 14 days from the camp start date: camp fees will be refunded, but a $30 administration fee will be retained by ESA. b. Cancellations made within 14 days from camp start date: full fees are payable unless there is a waiting list, and someone on the waiting list can take the place of your camper. In this case, camp fees will be refunded less a $30 administration fee.
