Chicken Cassoulet
Anna is from France but has spent half her life in Aotearoa. She is teaching French at Rangiora High and Rangiora New Life Schools.
Anna loves travelling, learning Spanish and meeting people from different cultures. She has two adult sons and a teenage daughter.
The cassoulet is traditionally a peasant-style dish from southern France that is rich, velvety and hearty.
