    Event description

    Welcome to the Exhibitor Registration page.  Please complete the form for exhibiting at the Indiana Arborist Association Annual conference to be held January 24-26th, 2023. 


    **Please note that the IAA has introduced new sponsorship opportunities that allows sponsors to avoid registration fees on this site.  For information and details on sponsorship levels please visit here. To register as a sponsor, please email info@indiana-arborist.org

    Each organization reserving a single booth receives:

    • One (1) Full Conference Registration (any additional exhibit personnel will require a paid registration and will need to complete the Conference Registration online @ www.indiana-arborist.org)
    • One (1) complimentary IAA Chapter Membership

     Each booth is 10’ wide x 8’ deep and includes one (1) 8 ft. table, two (2) chairs.

    Equipment exhibits INDOORS will require two booth spaces or more, depending upon size of equipment. Setup is mandatory for Monday for equipment or Tuesday morning due to programming and other activities in the trade show area.

    The east side parking lot will have a large equipment outdoor display area if you have a booth inside. Large Equipment Set up is required on Monday afternoon. All other exhibitors should be setup by noon on Tuesday due to programming that day. If you have questions or issues with early arrival, please let me know.  No equipment setup will be allowed after 11 am on Tuesday.

    NOTE: All Exhibitors must provide a certificate of Insurance with the IAA as Additional Insured to Exhibit at the Conference.

    IAA Conference room blocks have limited availability and can be found at the website below, click on the link or cut and paste into your browser. 

    Book your group rate for Indiana Arborist Association by December 30 for reduced rate  of $139 at the host hotel.

    Join us for our Wednesday evening social event as we rock the Marriott East with fan favorite The Why Store after a delicious catered dinner on site!
