Get rid of New Year's resolutions, start setting some real intentions, and get practical about how you will actually get there.

Resolutions can be great but it's the follow-through that is lacking. Take power back in yourself, deliver on your own intentions and rewire the mind to work towards enjoying the journey rather than the destination whilst setting yourself up with a vision.

Within this workshop, we'll guide you through exercises aimed at providing clarity on your genuine aspirations for 2024, enabling you to channel your resources—be it time, finances, or energy—towards the creation of your envisioned life.

Utilise the start of the year to build time in to create what you want to get out of the new beginnings. If you are on holiday it's perfect for a bit of self-reflection time to think about the next steps and get motivated and pumped for what's to come.
