2024 JCI Australia National Convention

B.U.I.L.D. - Be Bold, Unite, Inspire, Lead, Develop!

JCI Illawarra, in conjunction with JCI Australia, is very excited to invite JCI members - present, past and prospective - to the 2024 JCI Australia National Convention (NatCon). 

Come along and join us in the heart of Wollongong from 15-17th November 2024, for a meaningful weekend. Held at the stunning beachside venue Novotel Wollongong Northbeach, the key highlights and benefits included in this amazing event are:

• Networking & Knowledge Sharing: meet, connect and learn from changemakers from the corporate/business, non-profit, government, and international sectors to come and grow our impact together.
• Individual Development: build your impact, potential and leadership development through keynote sessions from high-profile social entrepreneurs and business leaders.
• Collective Impact & Recognition: celebrate the achievements and powerful initiatives of our local organisations, members, and the community through our National Awards and Top Outstanding Young Persons programs.

Additionally, we'll take the opportunity to celebrate JCI Illawarra's 20 years of impact in the Wollongong region.

The conference program will feature high-profile speakers and panellists (worth over $15,000.00) who will explore and share with us meaningful insights on Being Bold, Uniting, Leading, Inspiring and Developing!

The 2024 JCI Australia NatCon will kick off on Friday night, 15th of November. The full weekend program includes:

Friday Networking Night at The Icon:

• Drinks & Canapes

Saturday Conference at The Novotel Wollongong Hotel:

• Morning Tea & Afternoon Tea
• Gourmet selection of deli-style sandwiches, rolls and wraps
• Juice, soft drinks, teas & barista coffee

Saturday Gala Dinner at The Novotel Wollongong Hotel:

• 6:00pm Pre-Dinner Networking Drinks and Canapés 
• 6:30pm start - 3 Course Meal & Drinks (4 hours)
• After dinner party with DJ Ante, sponsored by Access Law Group

Sunday Half-Day Conference at The Novotel Wollongong Hotel:

• Morning Tea
• Juice, soft drinks, teas & barista coffee

Senators' Opt-In Program

Our Senators' opt-in program will run concurrently with the conference program and will be organised by Senator and 2021 National President Emory White. More information to come soon.

Ticket Information

The ticket options allow participants to purchase a full weekend pass (which we highly recommend!), and separate tickets for Friday Networking Night and Saturday Gala Dinner.

The 2024 JCI Australia National Convention will be held at the Novotel Wollongong, in the inspiring North Beach. Guests are just a short walk from North Wollongong Train station and on the doorstep of boutiques, restaurants, cafes, art, music and design.
