2024 Managing Heart Failure: From Hospital to Home Course

This course will assist participants to understand the pathophysiology of heart failure, diagnosis and imaging, pharmacotherapy, and use of cardiac implantable devices.
Participants will gain practical skills in how to: optimise medications, manage symptoms and educate patients effectively, run an exercise program and address psychosocial issues.
Presenters:
Sessions are delivered by expert heart failure cardiologists, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health clinicians.
Participants: Suitable all healthcare professionals who care for the elderly or those with chronic disease with an interest in cardiology
NB: Course will be delivered face to face and via webinar. Participants may attend either day of the course or attend the full 2 days.
