Mareeba Rodeo - July 13th & 14th  - NO GLASS ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS - SECURITY WILL BE CHECKING AND BOTTLES WILL BE CONFISCATED. THIS IS A SMOKE AND VAPE FREE EVENT. SMOKING/VAPING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED SMOKING/VAPING AREAS.

CAMPING

Camping will open from Friday 12th July at 12pm.

$30 per vehicle - Car, Camper Trailer or Caravan

1. Car Camping Area - 7mtr x 7mtr
2. Camper Trailer or Caravan - 7mtr x 14mtr
   

Weekend Ticket + Camping Ticket (1 vehicle) ALLOWS camping on NON POWERED sites (Friday 12th July 12pm - Monday 15th July 10am) inside the grounds.

DAY PASSES

Day passes are only available and valid on Saturday or Sunday and do not permit entrance to the camping area. More camping information can be found on our website www.mareebarodeo.com.au.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
• This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
• Screenshots of tickets are not accepted.
• Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry, tickets will be scanned on entry and duplicates will be picked up.
• If the event is cancelled due to government restrictions a full refund will be given.
• If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
• Refunds are at the discretion of the Event Organisers and will be assessed after the event. Forward your ticket and explanation on why a refund is required to mareebarodeotickets@gmail.com.
  
• The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
• This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
  
• As the Event Organiser hosting this event, Mareeba Rodeo is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact our Secretary via email at mareebarodeotickets@gmail.com
• Proof of age or concession card may be requested.
• Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
• Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
• Eskies will be checked on entry to the grounds and any glass bottles confiscated.
• Consumption of alcohol is only allowed in licenced areas. Liquor licencing will be on site and fines issued.

Whilst camping and attending the event patrons accept and must comply with the following conditions:

• Must not behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, or insulting actions) towards other patrons or event staff.
• Must not cause damage to, improperly use, or tamper with any property that does not belong to them, facility, or event infrastructure.
• Must exit the venue via designated exits and emergency exits.
• All rubbish is to be disposed of correctly in facilities provided. Clean up campsite before leaving.
• Must not bring alcohol into the Mareeba District grounds that is not a reasonable quantity – depended on number of campers.
• Minors are not permitted to bring alcohol into the Mareeba District Rodeo Association Grounds (camping or other areas)
• Strictly NO GLASS ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS
• This is a SMOKE and VAPE free event, smoking and vaping only allowed in designated areas
• Mareeba District Rodeo Association Inc. and/or security have the right to remove any person, vehicle, or camp site which in in its opinion contravenes any rights, laws or directions given to patrons.
