For me (Kev) this has become an annual tradition over the past 5 years. And I’d love to share the journey with you brothers. creating something memorable!

This year, we’ve upgraded the experience and turned it into a 3-day event!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Besides an expansive and supportive journey up to the summit of Bluff Knoll, with a solid bunch of Men.
Over a 48hr period (2 nights/3 days) you can expect to experience the following:

- Connection activities - Connecting the body and mind in fun and challenging games.
- Breathe practices - Non-cathartic breathwork, heart activation and intention setting.
- Sound therapy - Handpan and other instruments to open the mind and explore through sound.
- Intention setting and integration activities pre and post hike.
- Deep dives into the cultivation of your inner eco-system and leading a life with balance in masculine and feminine energies.
- Cacao and sound journey to move the body and unblock self-sabotaging beliefs.
- Sacred Men's Circle - Open sharing, an opportunity to be vulnerable in a safe container free of judgment and shame.
- Stretching and mobility lesson, to free up the body in tight and painful areas - learn how to unlock your potential.
- Leadership and accountability setting workshop.
