Event description

In collaboration with the Tasmania Parks & Wildlife Service, Accredited Tourism Operators with Nature Based Tourism Operators within Tasmania's Wilderness World Heritage Areas, National Parks, and other protected areas, and relevant stakeholders are invited to the 2024 Nature Tourism Day.

The day is a timely and important opportunity for Accredited Licensed Operators to come together with the Tasmania Parks & Wildlife Service and the Tourism Industry Council of Tasmania in preparation for the 2024/25 Peak Visitor Season.

The agenda will feature a comprehensive briefing from the Tasmanian Parks & Wildlife Service for operators around major projects, and leases and licensing. 

There will also be presentations from the team at Tourism Industry Council of Tasmania (TICT).

Tickets are $20 per person, and includes tea, coffee and lunch.
