Symposium Hotel Cancellation Policy
The symposium hotel policy requires a minimum of a 2-night stay. This policy supersedes the San Luis and Hilton general cancellation policy.
Free cancellation before 11:59 pm CST on 9/6/2023.
1-night room charge after 9/6/2023 through 10/4/2023 at 10:00 pm CST.
2-night room charge after 10/5/2024.
Changes to Reservations
Early checkout must be made by 10:00 pm CST 10/5/2024. Changes after 10:00 pm CST 10/5/2024 will result in a 2-night room charge.
Name and date changes must be made through the hotel where your reservations are confirmed.
Cancellations must be made through the hotel where your reservations are confirmed.
