2024 Queensland Kendo Summer (8 December) Grading Examination- GRADING REGISTRATION and PAYMENT

Queensland Kendo Renmei Summer Grading Examination - December 2024

A grading examination will be held on Sunday 8th December 2024. This is open to current financial members of the AKR and FIK Affiliate members. 

To be eligible you must meet the time-in-grade and minimum qualifications for the grade you are attempting.

We are planning to hold grading examination as per the below, however this is subject to panel member availability.

• Kendo from 3 - 1 Kyu 
• Kendo 1 - 4 Dan

**Grading levels will be confirmed once the availability of grading panel members are confirmed.

The grading will take place on Sunday between 1pm - 4pm:

• 1pm - registration
• 1:30pm- Kyu grading examination
• 3pm - Dan grading examination
  

Important!

Closing date for receiving grading applications is 5pm 15th November 2024.

To apply for grading examination follow these 2 steps:

1. Submit your signed Grading Application Form (found here: akr_grading_applcation_form QKR - 2024_08_12.pdf) to Grading@qkr.asn.au by 5pm, 15 November 2024 to be eligible to be examined. No late submissions will be accepted.
2. Pay your grading fees via THIS registration/payment system (i.e. purchase tickets).

Venue Access - Gold Coast Recreation Precinct (Tallebudgera Sport and Recreation Centre), 1525 Gold Coast Hwy Palm Beach, QLD 4221.

Parking is limited - ensure you give yourself plenty of time to find suitable parking.
