Registration Certificate under the Food Act 2003

All materials are to be supplied by the vendor including tables, chairs & marquees etc.

Vendors must be set up by 2.30pm with entry from 12.00pm. Cars must be parked in the on-site car park by 2.30pm. Pack-down must not commence until 6.30pm.

We aim to minimise stall duplication, thereby encouraging a healthy diversity of stalls. For this reason, we will monitor stallholder registrations and if we have already had a registration for a similar business, we reserve the right to refund your booking in full.

No refunds will be offered for cancellations by the stall holder.
