Join us for an unforgettable evening of trivia, food, live music and fun, all in support of Smith-Magenis Syndrome Australia - making an impact in the lives of those affected by SMS. The night will include door prizes, a raffle and auction with fabulous items up for grabs! 🤩
DATE: Saturday 12th October
TIME: Doors open 5:00pm | Please be seated by 6:00pm | Night concludes 10pm
LOCATION: Panthers Bathurst Leagues Club (132 Piper St, Bathurst)
TICKETS: $100 per person or $1,000 for a table of 10.
Tickets include 2 drinks, a buffet dinner and a $50 donation to SMS Australia.
Additional drinks to be purchased at the bar.
Raffle tickets will be sold on the night - $5 each or 5 for $20

ABOUT SMITH-MAGENIS SYNDROME (SMS): SMS is a rare and complex condition, caused by a genetic deletion on the 17th chromosome. It occurs in 1 out of every 15,000 to 25,000 births and is characterised by developmental delays, intellectual disability, sleep disturbances, communication impairment and significant behavioural and adaptive challenges.
ABOUT SMITH-MAGENIS SYNDROME AUSTRALIA: We are Australia’s national support network for Smith-Magenis Syndrome (SMS). We were founded based a common desire to support children diagnosed with SMS and their families, drive a strong community connection and promote broader awareness of SMS. Our work includes raising awareness, interfacing with the specialist and educational community, disseminating the latest research and guidance, assisting families navigate government services, developing a strong network of families and support professionals, and facilitating and funding our biennial SMS Australia Camp, which is being held in November this year.
ABOUT YOUR HOSTS: Justin and Layken Sargent are parents to 6-year old Ashton, who was diagnosed with SMS when he was just shy of 2 years of age. Layken is one of the directors at SMS Australia and together with Justin, they place their focus on driving community awareness and securing critical funding to ensure SMS Australia's ongoing support of families impacted by SMS.Â
