Still Aware are thrilled to announce its annual major fundraising Gala!
Enjoy a magical evening of dining, dancing and raising funds to support stillbirth prevention and awareness in Australia.
Join us on Friday, October 25 at 6pm at the National Wine Centre in Adelaide.
Last year, our Gala raised $125,000 and this year we hope to surpass that fundraising goal as we celebrate our 10 year anniversary.
Hosted by Ali Clarke, MIX 102.3 Breakfast Radio Host, it promises to be a special evening!
Special Guest Speakers
We are excited to announce the South Australian Minister for Health, the Hon. Chris Picton, will be officially opening our Gala!
We are also very excited to announce Kristina Keneally as our Gala Special Guest Speaker!
Kristina is CEO of the Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation and was formerly Premier of New South Wales and an Australian Senator. Most importantly, Kristina is a mother of two grown sons and a daughter, Caroline, who was stillborn. For many years, Kristina was Patron of the Stillbirth Foundation Australia and she continues to advocate to reduce stillbirth in Australia, being instrumental in leading the push for the National Stillbirth Action Plan, which aims to reduce the rate of stillbirths in Australia by 20 per cent.
So, block out your diaries, organise a babysitter, get your outfit ready and be prepared to join us for a fun night out with friends and supporters all while supporting a great cause!
