Event description

Join us for a transformative week at the Zula Den, where Catriona and Alena invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and creative expression through our Yoga & Songwriting Summer Camp. This mentorship and yoga/songwriting experience is meticulously designed to create a safe space within the self, allowing participants to explore, evolve, elevate, and expand on a mind, body, soul level.
Catriona's vision is to nurture a sanctuary where individuals can delve deep into their inner landscape, finding harmony and inspiration through yoga practice and the art of songwriting.
Meanwhile, Alena brings her passion for teaching, singing, movement, and music sharing to create a curriculum that is truly a combination of all her loves: visual art, mathematics, zen, and unity.
