All postgrads* are invited to attend the 2024 SUPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 13th May at 6:30 pm. Join the meeting either online via Zoom or in person at Lecture Theatre 208, Veterinary Science Conference Centre. If you plan to attend in person, please remember to arrange your travel accordingly.
The agenda of the AGM includes:
- President’s Annual Report
- Secretary’s Previous Meeting Minutes
- Vice President’s SUPRA Policy Manual and Constitution
- Treasurer’s Financial Statement and Accounts
- Returning Officer’s General Election Report
- Appointment of Auditor
- Any Other Business
