You are invited to TasTAFE’s Agricultural Training Centre of Excellence Open Day at Freer Farm.
The Agricultural Training Centre of Excellence has continued to grow since its opening in September 2023, with recent upgrades including new stockyards, advanced irrigation systems, precision agriculture equipment, biosecurity systems, and state-of-the-art training simulators.
The Centre is now delivering training on-site and online to address skills shortages and support the continued growth of Tasmania’s thriving agricultural industry.
Join us to tour the facilities, watch live demonstrations, and get firsthand experience on our new training simulators.
Date: Thursday, 14 November 2024
Times: 10.30am – 2.00pm
Location: TasTAFE’s Agricultural Training Centre of Excellence, Freer Farm, 182-206 Mooreville Road, Burnie.
Personal Protective Equipment: Enclosed shoes are required.

The Centre is funded by the Tasmanian Government and has been developed in consultation with industry.
