2024 Top Fodder Program South East

Event description

Are you thinking ahead to silage season and wondering how you will make the most of a poor season to get good quality fodder?

Non dairy farmers are invited to join Tim Prance, who will present the Top Fodder program in the south east this September. Tim will give you the tools you need to maximise growth and improve your silage quality this season and for seasons to come.

The course will cover:
• Improve silage quality
• Reduce conservation losses during harvest, storage, and feed-out
• Improve farm profitability by considering silage-making in the context of the overall farm system

This is a one-off opportunity to work face-to-face with an expert. The program will run across two days from the 9th to 10th of September at the Bellum Hotel (and on farm). There will also be some pre work to complete at home before you attend.

Please register via Humanitix no later than COB 28th of August. SA dairy farmers should register here: www.dairyaustralia.com.au/dairysa
