2024 Treasure the Moment: A dementia Care and Wellbeing Expo - Aged Care Service Providers' EOI & registration

Dear Aged Care Service Provides

Canterbury Bankstown Dementia Alliance invites expression of interest (EOI) from aged care service providers wanting to showcase their best practice dementia specific services, models and strategies, and their impact on their service users’ wellbeing, health and quality of life:

• When: Thursday, 17 October 2024, 10am - 2pm
• Where: Yagoona Community Centre, 176D Cooper Rd, Yagoona NSW 2199 and Ron Whitehead Place Park
• Bump in: 9.00am - all stall holders
• Bump out: 2.30pm - all stall holders

• Booking Fee: $110 (two staff members maximum)
• Indemnity: Stallholders must provide a public liability Insurance to participate in the Expo. Send a copy of your public liability insurance to sandra.loyola-sandoval@cbcity.nsw.gov.au  by COB 11 October.

Light lunch will be provided to a maximum of two staff per stall.
