    Event description

During the summer, we can identify our favorite native plants as they grow leaves, flowers, and fruits, but during the winter, they tend to look a little different. Learn to distinguish trees and native species by their bark and branches and discover the unique characteristics that make each tree special.
This invigorating hike is not just a walk in the woods—it’s an exploration of the intricate world of trees and wetlands!

Join Scott Fetters, Private Land Biologist, and Jade Stuber of Upper Wabash Reservoirs and embark on this educational and scenic adventure.

Let’s celebrate the beauty of our native plants and deepen our connection with nature!

This event is sponsored by The Zimmer Biomet Foundation.
