2024 Variety Kids Xmas Party Dubbo

Join us on 29 November 2024 for a free Christmas celebration for kids.

This year our famous Variety Xmas Party is right here in Dubbo, located in Dubbo Regional Botanical Gardens. 

Experiences on the day will be:

🎅 A visit from Santa

✨ Face & glitter painting

🎶 Live entertainment

🎁 Plus, a special Christmas gift for every child!

This event is a fun, inclusive and accessible event for kids who may not otherwise be able to attend an event like this. 

It is also a wonderful opportunity for our volunteers to get involved in a heart-warming and impactful event.

Quiet Hour Admission is from 3 - 4pm.

There is a limited number of 100 positions for the Quiet hour.  

General Admission is from 4 - 6pm.

Registration and Event details

When registrations are at capacity, a waitlist will automatically be created. Carers/families are advised to fill out the waitlist form as you will be contacted on a first come, first served basis when spots become available.

By accepting this invitation you consent to the child/children in your care may be photographed or filmed at the event and acknowledge that this can be used by Variety for marketing purposes. If any child/children cannot be photographed, please visit the Registration Desk on the party day for a WHITE PASS to be worn by the child/children.

The Variety Kids Xmas Party Dubbo will cater for up to 500 children in attendance. We make every effort to provide a fun-filled experience in a safe environment for all children present. All gifts this year are of equal size and value.

However, there is a HIGH level of noise and activity. Please be mindful when accepting for children who may be sensitive to this. Bringing your own noise reduction headphones would be an advantage. A quiet hour will also be available from 3pm-4pm as a separate registration.

In providing entertainment, activities, some food and drinks for a large number and range of children we are unable to cater for individual needs.

Each carer is responsible for:

• The provision of any medical and/or dietary requirements for the child/children in their care.
• Ensuring the activities undertaken are suitable for the child/children in their care.
• Children will receive 3 tickets for food, a snack and a gift.
• Light refreshments will be available for purchase.
• Please note, we cannot cater for allergens. Please BYO for dietary needs. 

Transport

You will be responsible for arranging and payment of transport. Limited parking for private vehicles is available off Coronation Drive & surrounding streets.
