2024 Variety Kids Xmas Party Sydney

This year our famous Variety Xmas Party is back at Sydney Zoo. This event is a fun, inclusive and accessible event for kids who may not otherwise be able to attend an event like this. 

It is also a wonderful opportunity for our volunteers to get involved in a heart-warming and impactful event.

General Admission is from 3pm - 7pm. 

Please note registrations close at 12pm on Tuesday 26 November 2024.

When registrations are at capacity, a waitlist will automatically be created. Carers/families are advised to fill out the waitlist form as you will be contacted on a first come, first served basis when spots become available.

By accepting this invitation you consent to the child/children in your care may be photographed or filmed at the event and acknowledge that this can be used by Variety for marketing purposes.

The Variety Kids Xmas Party Sydney will cater for up to 3,500 families in attendance. We make every effort to provide a fun-filled experience in a safe environment for all children present. All gifts this year are of equal size and value.

However, there is a HIGH level of noise and activity. Please be mindful when accepting for children who may be sensitive to this. Bringing your own noise reduction headphones would be an advantage.

In providing entertainment, activities, some food and drinks for a large number and range of children we are unable to cater for individual needs.

Each carer is responsible for:

• The provision of any medical and/or dietary requirements for the child/children in their care.
• Ensuring the activities undertaken are suitable for the child/children in their care.
• Sausage sizzle will be available for purchase.
• Please note, we cannot cater for allergens. Please feel free to BYO for dietary needs. 

Transport

You will be responsible for arranging and payment of transport. Parking for private vehicles is available on site.
