2024 WA Beach Clean Up
Event description
It’s that time of year again. We are getting ready for the 20th annual WA Beach Clean Up. This year Keep Australia Beautiful WA will be targeting Mullaloo Beach as part of Tangaroa Blue’s annual citizen science event. Join us at the north end of Tom Simpson Park on Sunday 13 October from 8.00am to 10.00am for a beach clean-up and audit.
Bring a reusable cup for a complimentary hot drink from Dat's Amore and stay for some morning tea.
Over the last 19 years, the WA Beach Clean-up has helped remove 45 tonnes of marine debris from our precious coastline; that’s more than the average weight of an adult humpback whale!
Whether you’ve been part of a clean-up before, or it's your first time, we need your help to clear marine debris and protect our beautiful coastline.
